Shipping policy

KAZKA TOYS believes in protecting our environment. We mainly use recycled cardboards and paper packing to ship our products.

Local Delivery (delivery radius is up to 20 km from the store)


Free local delivery is available for orders over $200 CA
For orders under $200 CA, we charge $15 CA for local delivery.

We will contact you via email or text message with the phone number or email address you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
 
In-Store Pickup 

 After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Please note that your order needs to be picked up within 30 days of the purchase date. At the 30 day mark, your order will be refunded in the form of a store credit.

Canada

We offer free shipping for purchases over $200 (before taxes).

Some heavy or large items  (dollhouses, piano, scooters, large stuffie etc) do not   qualify for shipping.

For orders under $200 (before taxes) we charge a flat rate of $19.
Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email with your tracking number. All packages are insured up to $100 and can be tracked online.

 Kazka Toys is not responsible for packages that are late, lost, left, stolen or damaged during the shipping. All customs , duties and other taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
