Return conditions

In general, an item can only be returned or exchanged if it meets the following conditions:

• The item has not been used and in their original and undamaged packaging
• Less than 14 days have passed since you received or acquired the item
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order  number). 
• The costumes, jewellery and books are final sale.

 

If all these conditions are met, we will refund the cost of your purchase.

Shipping cost will not be refunded and If you received a free shipping you will be subject to a $ 15 shipping fee.

Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

We reserve the right to cancel any order.
